About the Role
The Sales Development Director EMEA is critical to drive new pipeline generation for LumApps' growth ambitions, sitting at the crossroads of marketing and sales and managing both inbound and outbound pipeline generation. The role reports to the CMO, SVP Marketing, Elizabeth Coleon.

Responsibilities
As a LumApps Sales Development Director for France, you will be responsible for:
  1. Managing a team of 7 (and growing) Sales Development Representatives covering France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK & Nordics, in our Barcelona hub office located in central Barcelona.
  2. Continuing to build standards and coaching the team to grow individually and meet objectives (LinkedIn/email sequences).
  3. Conducting weekly forecast meetings.
  4. Consistently monitoring the activity of the team and tracking results, working with Revops to ensure the right tools, automations, and dashboards.
