Job Title: Client Account Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Account Director to join our team at Everseen. As a Client Account Director, you will be responsible for driving delivery of new business to new clients and incremental business to existing clients through the delivery of high-level enterprise selling processes and high-quality service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the VP Sales EMEA to identify target retailers for new business and drive incremental revenue from existing clients
* Generate sales of Everseen's visual AI platform for loss prevention
* Set and manage the expectations of the client with regards to B2B requirements and service level KPIs
* Be the main contact for the client through the entire life cycle, from contact to renewal

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a sales account management role focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to major retailers across EMEA
* Demonstrated success in leading retail client accounts in the EMEA market
* Excellent knowledge of AI and Computer Vision and its use in retail
* Extensive experience with a consultative selling approach
* Goal-oriented and able to exceed ambitious targets
