Job Title: Global Director - Key Account Management

Job Purpose:

The Global Director - Key Account Management will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients across the globe. This role is crucial to our organisation's growth strategy, focusing on client retention, expansion, and delivering top-notch logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Account Growth and Expansion: Identify account growth and expansion opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans for key clients, aligning their objectives with our logistics solutions.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring each team member is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in global key account management, with demonstrated client retention and growth success.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
