Global CRM Director

Galderma is seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Director to lead the implementation of our global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and reporting on field data to drive Sales Force Effectiveness globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global SFE strategy to drive sales performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal IT and business partners to rollout a centralized CRM and SFE dashboards
  • Work with the Global Data & Analytics team to ensure dissemination of intelligence and insight to critical executive, country, GBU, sales leadership, and sales staff globally
  • Develop and drive clarity on KPIs, Goals, Targets, call plans, and incentive plans across key markets
