Global CRM Director Job Description

Galderma is seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Director to lead the implementation of our global Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy in our CRM system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and reporting on field data to drive SFE globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global SFE strategy, including defining HCP engagement strategies, working with Regional Commercial Heads to develop clear SFE strategies, and ensuring consistency in business inputs and outputs.
  • Lead the global rollout of standardized CRM solution (Veeva Core) along with SFE dashboards across markets.
  • Work with GBUs, markets, and global stakeholders to define key enhancements to the CRM capability and establish releases for continuous improvements.
  • Partner with Global Data & Analytics team to define SFE KPIs and work on continuous enhancement of tracking SFE & Sales KPIs in global dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving salesforce effectiveness internally and inform solutions to drive field impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, including marketing analytics, sales analytics, promotion response modeling, ideally in life sciences or B2B environment.
  • Business partnering, stakeholder management, and ability to drive change.
  • Experience in leading global CRM implementation programs (ideally Veeva CRM).
  • Strong Business Acumen and ability to translate analytical insights and findings into realistic, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple vendors, responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously.
