About the Role

The Client Account Director will be responsible for driving new business to new clients and incremental business to existing clients through the delivery of high-level enterprise selling processes and high-quality service levels. This role will support and ensure that large retail end customers see value from retaining Everseen as a service provider.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Account Director will work closely with the VP Sales EMEA to identify target retailers for new business, drive incremental revenue from existing clients, and generate sales of Everseen's visual AI platform for loss prevention. The role will involve setting and managing the expectations of the client with regards to B2B requirements, service level KPIs, and being the main contact for the client throughout the entire life cycle. The Client Account Director will also build and develop a strong partner ecosystem in the territory to co-sell together and ensure strong revenue generation and optimize the sales cycle. Additionally, the role will involve working closely with Everseen's Onboarding team to ensure that project and system installation rollouts are professionally managed and converted into revenue as per forecast. The Client Account Director will also be responsible for forecasting and tracking key account and revenue forecast metrics.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a sales account management role focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to major retailers across EMEA. The candidate should have demonstrated success in leading retail client accounts in the EMEA market and be able to comprehensively understand clients' needs, requirements, and sell based on business outcome. The candidate should also possess an excellent knowledge of AI and Computer Vision and its use in retail, as well as extensive experience with a consultative selling approach. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, like to exceed ambitious targets, and have excellent communication skills. They should also have a proven track record of building key successful relationships externally with clients and partners and internally with teams. The candidate should be comfortable with presenting and pitching to C-Suite clients and be a passionate advocate for determining and delivering solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction, focusing on customer experience as a top priority. Fluency in English and advanced French language skills are also required. Some travel will be involved in this role.
