Job Description:
At Mitiga Solutions, we're on a mission to mitigate the risks posed by climate-driven perils. We're seeking a highly focused and persuasive collaborator to join our team as a Strategic Account Director.
About the Role:
As a Strategic Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of key account managers, driving the growth of our strategic accounts. You will be a hands-on leader with a strong sales focus, driving revenue generation and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of key account executives.
- Directly manage a portfolio of strategic, large accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our commercial leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close complex deals that meet revenue targets.
- Own and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement sales process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our commercial, strategy & product leadership to develop and execute the overall go-to-market strategy.
- Oversee the implementation and management of CRM and pipeline tracking systems.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance.
- Evaluate and select best-in-class sales tools and technologies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs.

You will be a highly focused and persuasive collaborator, bringing new customers onto our platform by showcasing how our pioneering platform can assist them in making informed decisions amidst the new climate reality.
