Director of Strategic Accounts

At Mitiga Solutions, we're on a mission to mitigate the risks posed by climate-driven perils. We're seeking a highly focused and persuasive collaborator to join our team as a Director of Strategic Accounts.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our strategic accounts. As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of key account managers, driving revenue generation, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Performance: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of key account executives. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management, and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Sales Execution: Directly manage a portfolio of strategic, large accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with our commercial leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Negotiate and close complex deals that meet revenue targets.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed individual and team sales quotas. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement sales process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • GTM Strategy: Collaborate with our commercial, strategy & product leadership to develop and execute the overall go-to-market strategy. Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Revenue Operations: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM and pipeline tracking systems. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance. Evaluate and select best-in-class sales tools and technologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, building strong relationships and addressing their needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
