Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Accounts Leader to spearhead strategic planning and execution for our key customer accounts in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers in the regions of Galicia, Basque Country, Catalonia, and Andalusia.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer value and growth.
  • Foster C-Suite relationships and collaborate with internal departments to align on pan-company strategies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to guide the organization in transitioning from product sales to an outcome-oriented and customer-centric solution selling approach.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, medicine, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience, with 8+ years with an advanced degree.
