Strategic Accounts Director for Spain

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Accounts Leader to spearhead strategic planning and execution for our key customer accounts in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Strategic Account Managers in the regions of Galicia, Basque Country, Catalonia, and Andalusia.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer value and growth.
- Foster C-Suite relationships and collaborate with internal departments to align on pan-company strategies.
- Act as a strategic partner to guide the organization in transitioning from product sales to an outcome-oriented and customer-centric solution selling approach.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, medicine, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant sales experience, with 8+ years with an advanced degree.
