Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Accounts Director to lead our strategic planning and execution for key customer accounts in Spain, with a focus on value co-creation and driving significant customer value for Medtronic.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 strategic account managers in regions such as Galicia, Basque country, Catalonia, and Andalusia.
  • Conduct business reviews, identify new opportunities, and coordinate across internal Operating Units to align on pan-company strategies.
  • Act as a strategic partner, guiding the organization to transition from product sales to an outcome-oriented and customer-centric solution selling approach.
  • Create differentiated value propositions aligned with customer future goals.
  • Lead collaboration across various departments and leverage insights and assets to create mutual value and smooth solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, medicine, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience (8+ years with an advanced degree).
