Director of Strategic Accounts

At Mitiga Solutions, we're on a mission to mitigate the risks posed by climate-driven perils. We're seeking a highly focused and persuasive collaborator to join our team as the Director of Strategic Accounts.
This individual will be responsible for leading and managing a team of key account managers, driving the growth of our strategic accounts. They will be a hands-on leader with a strong sales focus, driving revenue generation and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of key account executives.
- Directly manage a portfolio of strategic, large accounts, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our commercial leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close complex deals that meet revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. They will also be able to implement sales process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
As the primary point of contact for strategic clients, the Director of Strategic Accounts will build strong relationships and address their needs. They will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
