About the Role
Coty is a global beauty company seeking a skilled professional to lead its EMEA Logistics team. The Director Transportation Europe will oversee customer Go-to-market transport operations within the region, working closely with Distribution Centers and Haulers to ensure extraordinary service and productivity.

Purpose and Responsibilities
This role will support the global logistics leadership team in executing strategic and operational plans, providing expertise in transportation, and interfacing with Customer Service, DC Operations, and Customs teams. The successful candidate will identify and manage projects that deliver added value to the business in terms of financial, service, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Operations:
• Lead the operational transportation team for EMEA road transportation in Continental Europe, United Kingdom, Ireland, and the Middle East, ensuring flows to customers and Customization centers are optimized.
• Manage core transportation metrics in service, cost, and key foundational systems such as quality, safety, security, and sustainability.
Functional:
• Support operational teams across EMEA, promoting best practices and leveraging consistency across the region.
Cost Control:
• Partner with the finance team on monthly budget review processes and annual budget establishment.
People Development:
• Lead, coach, support, and develop the regional Coty transportation and customs team, ensuring motivational leadership and a smooth integration into the Coty culture.
