Global Sales Compensation Director Opportunity
Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Director to lead our global sales compensation strategy and execution. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and scaling our sales compensation function, driving the philosophy, design, administration, and analytics. Your expertise in Sales Operations, Compensation Management, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving performance, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning incentives with business objectives across international regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and scale all aspects of our Global Sales Compensation function
- Lead the annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process
- Develop and lead a high-performing team
- Implement improvements to the sales compensation process
