Global Sales Compensation Director

Criteo is seeking a seasoned Sales Compensation Director to lead our global sales compensation strategy and execution. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and scaling our sales compensation function, driving business results, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales compensation strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Lead the annual sales incentive compensation planning and design process
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to define key metrics and drive incentive plan designs
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance transparency, understanding, and self-service access for the field
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, establishing clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales compensation strategy and execution, with a strong track record of driving business results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement process improvements
  • Experience with sales enablement technology tools and compensation management systems
