At SoftwareOne, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Junior Account Manager for the West EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation across the region by shaping sales strategies around software and cloud solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of our clients and our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients
  • Acting as the primary contact for digital service inquiries
  • Developing and executing renewal strategies
  • Addressing and resolving post-sales issues
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes
  • Utilizing data insights and market intelligence to drive sales
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics
  • Representing client interests within the organization

Requirements

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in IT sales who are driven, adaptable, and eager to make an impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years of IT sales experience, preferably in B2B, particularly in software or cloud services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A growth-oriented, proactive approach with a deep understanding of the technology market and sales strategies
  • A keen interest in technology products and services
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages an advantage
