As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships, driving revenue growth and business expansion across the region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong track record of success in consultative, senior-level B2B sales. If you have a high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing your own portfolio of clients, and working closely with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to drive best practices and new prospecting techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Manage your own portfolio of already existing clients, in charge of renewals and upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Convert viable prospects to active Gartner clients (members), leading the full sales conversation and negotiation before transitioning new clients to the account management team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Circa 0 to 4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar
  • A high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • A high level of drive for individual success, combined with a collaborative approach
  • Fluent/native in English + German or Spanish or Greek native/fluent level

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on industry standards for a sales professional with similar experience and qualifications in the Barcelona area.
