Salesforce Territory Account Development Executive

As an Account Executive at Salesforce, you'll engage with existing customers and new leads to sell our comprehensive Customer 360 platform through Education Cloud solutions for educational institutions. You'll build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and c-suite decision makers, helping them realize value from their Salesforce investments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer stakeholder relationships, driving customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Create and execute long-term strategies aligned with customer business objectives
- Proven time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners
- Research and identify territories, formalizing go-to-market strategies and creating qualified target account lists within 30 days
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required; experience will be evaluated based on core competencies (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience)
- Technology sales experience (3-5 years, preferably in Software or Business Applications) selling to cross-industry segments
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
- Successful history of net new business sales
- Inconsistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Proficient in Spanish and English
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
