Company Overview

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company that has been developing Customer Experience services for over 20 years. We are looking for an Account Growth Specialist to help our customers achieve their goals.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000, considering the current market rates for similar roles in Barcelona.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
  • Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales and negotiation.
Requirements
  • Experience in account management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business/technology consulting.
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Experience in digital projects and international projects.
