We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Growth Specialist, who will contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. Key responsibilities include:
Research and prospecting for new clients via various touchpoints
Presentation of our solution to diverse stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, and HR Directors
Development of proactive strategies to enhance the sales process and drive growth
Collaboration with the Sales Executive and entire Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
Your basic qualifications include:
A native level of Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Romanian, or Greek, and a good command of English
At least one year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
The ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with adaptability and flexibility
Proactivity: proposing value-creating solutions and learning from mistakes
We also welcome previous experience in SAAS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups
