Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Desigual Slu, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and profitability. Your key objectives will include:

  • Providing customers with expert advice and guidance on Desigual's products and services
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services
  • Managing customer master data and ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Identifying and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and will be expected to be proactive and flexible in your approach. If you have a strong customer focus and are able to build strong relationships, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and returns
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and manage customer master data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
