About the Role
Carts Guru, a leading all-in-one marketing automation software for e-merchants, is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing trust-based relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive during the Free Trial to understand clients' needs and develop an adapted strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations to empower their success.
- Offer training to make clients self-sufficient in utilizing our services.
- Onboard new accounts and activate existing accounts by pushing new features.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with clients, including support and service.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and promote Carts Guru in a competitive marketplace.
- Identify and develop new revenue generation opportunities with existing clients.
- Report directly to the Head of Customer Success.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of minimum experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in the tech industry, specifically in the French market.
- Native level of French is required (the job is 100% in this language), and professional proficiency in English. Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Hubspot experience is a must.
