Account Manager

This role is an exciting opportunity to join ABB, an inclusive employer and a member of the Gwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies that drive share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans and Statement of Work growth actions
  • Understand key business drivers of global customers and translate them into corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans for the customer
  • Define sales targets, provide input on market price developments, and monitor competitors' activity with the account
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles, mainly focused on industrial segments (O&G, Utilities, Rail, industry...)
  • Enhanced knowledge of the medium voltage market in Spain
  • Degree in engineering (industrial preferable) with depth knowledge on Low Voltage and Medium Voltage areas
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • High commercial activity and willingness to travel
