Key Account Manager

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Account Manager om ons team in Barcelona te versterken. Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van je eigen klantenportefeuille en het identificeren van groeimogelijkheden voor onze bestaande klanten in België.

Je taken:
  • Beheer je eigen klantenportefeuille en identificeer groeimogelijkheden voor onze bestaande klanten
  • Samenwerken met de Implementatie Consultants om het gebruik van onze software te optimaliseren bij onze bestaande klanten
  • Vertalen van de noden van onze klanten naar een gepaste oplossing
  • Door je enthousiasme en open communicatie nemen klanten je in vertrouwen en kunnen ze steeds op je rekenen bij vragen of suggesties
Je profiel:
  • Commerciële ervaring in B2B sales en bij voorkeur in (SaaS) solution selling
  • Affiniteit met horeca en retail is zeker een plus
  • Vlot communiceren is voor jou een tweede natuur en je bent in staat om in dialoog te gaan met zowel interne als externe contacten
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zelfsturend
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels
