Renewals Account Manager

Riverbed Technology is seeking a highly skilled Renewals Account Manager to join our team. As a Renewals Account Manager, you will be responsible for preparing high-volume renewal quotes for maintenance contracts, reviewing and interpreting contractual terms and conditions, and proposing creative deal structures to lead pricing negotiations.
You will also be responsible for validating customer asset lists, contacting and following up with customers and partners to ensure timely maintenance renewal, and understanding product, systems, and processes to assist in selling maintenance renewals.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals, and thrive in a quota-driven environment. They must have the ability to negotiate and up-sell maintenance offerings and build relationships both internally and externally.
The Renewals Account Manager will work closely with marketing, support, sales management, product management, and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings. They will also ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional.
