### Job Title: Renewals Manager

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Manager to join our team at Copado. As a Renewals Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the renewal process, from creating quotes to negotiating contracts to ensuring that customers have the right product mix to ensure success.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Manage customers throughout the lifecycle, ensuring that contracts are up to date and that customers have the right product mix to achieve success
* Own renewal opportunities from quote to close, working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales and Customer Success teams
* Create quotes, order management, and reporting invoice requirements to Accounting
* Negotiate uplift and pricing changes, working with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to date
* Collaborate with other departments to develop success strategies as required
* Work with the account executive to identify expansion opportunities to increase Copado's footprint at customer

#### Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales or Renewals with a SaaS product
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional negotiation skills and attention to detail
* Highly organized, take initiative, require little direction, and have a positive attitude
