Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager

Papernest, a leading provider of innovative solutions for contract management, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Account Manager to join our team. With over 1.5 million users successfully assisted, we have revolutionized the way people manage their contracts, making it transparent, user-friendly, and free.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for closely following and accompanying a portfolio of partners, listening attentively to clients, and contributing to the creation of features that meet their needs. You will collaborate actively with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve our processes and be involved in side projects to develop your transversal skills.

We are looking for a candidate who desires to learn and grow in the field of client relationships, with excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to analyze quickly and provide simple solutions to complex problems, be organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. You should have already used CRM tools (Hubspot/Salesforce or other) and master client management tools. Fluency in French is required.

The selection process will consist of a first call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, a video conference interview and case study with a Key Account Manager, and a final interview with a manager.
