Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the DACH market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.

About the Role
  • You will proactively phone high volumes of new clients on the DACH market to identify their needs and facilitate their growth, employing effective cross-selling and upselling tactics.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and guide them towards a new path of investment.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation to final negotiations.
About You
  • You are fluent/native in German and English both in written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
