About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial contact to contract signature. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

About the Position

This is a FULL CYCLE POSITION that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in the DACH region
  • Running outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
  • Forecasting sales revenue and providing visibility into your deal pipeline
  • Being an evangelist for our solution, attending fairs and public events as needed
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A native level of German and a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • A 'no excuses' attitude, with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Hunger for success, with a willingness to take on challenges and push boundaries
  • Proactivity, with a focus on proposing value-creating solutions
  • Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
About Our Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide:
