Dynamic Sales Manager for DACH Region

Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Sales Manager who can lead our office-based sales team of Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) in the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on managing, coaching, and developing your team to achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.
We are offering a hybrid workplace model where you can choose to work from home or the office.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop a team of Territory Sales Representatives (TSRs) managing DACH as markets.
Attain and surpass targets.
Inspire individuals and talents to exceed their sales objectives through coaching on deals, sales, and product skills training.
Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals to ensure impeccable customer experiences and a successful expansion strategy.
Develop and utilize relationships with channel partners to enhance overall territory performance and surpass customer expectations.
Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings attainment.
