Partner Manager for DACH Region

We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As an Inside Partner Manager, you will work closely with a dedicated portfolio of partners, driving their performance and guiding them on their transformational path to becoming SaaS solutions providers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner principals, management, and respective teams.
- Understand partners' business, organizational set-up, and markets in which they are active.
- Develop and support annual strategic business plans, identify areas of investment, and support execution.
- Recap quarterly sales results with partners and internally, and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters.
- Ensure partners' forecasts are valid and updated.
- Develop and support sales activities with partners, set targets/milestones, measure results, and support execution.
- Take an initiative role inside Autodesk to ensure support from all relevant departments.
- Influence marketing plans and coordinate merit funds available to support sales initiatives.
- Coordinate training and assistance to the partners through appropriate company resources in product training, sales, and marketing skills.
- Attend Autodesk events internally and externally with partners; travel may be required.
- Participate in specific projects relating to indirect business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in channel partnerships (SaaS, PaaS background preferred).
- Business fluency in German and English.
- Excellent writing, Excel, and analysis skills.
- Experience communicating effectively and collaborating with an extended team.
- IT technology sales and/or pre-sales experience.
- Motivated, determined, and business-oriented; travel occasionally required.
