Sales Director DACH Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the DACH market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions.
- Proven sales experience in the DACH market, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Located in Barcelona.
- Competitive fixed base salary of 28K + uncapped commissions.
