Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the DACH market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing a healthy and updated sales pipeline, and executing a sales strategy that meets our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the DACH market
- Ensure a healthy and updated sales pipeline
- Responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing
- Define and execute sales goals and objectives
- Ownership of assigned KPIs and goals
Requirements
- German native speaker
- Fluent in English
- 6+ years of sales experience
- Results-driven and proficient in LinkedIn
- High level of organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive change
- Curiosity to learn about our solutions and educate prospects/clients
