Sales Director DACH Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the DACH region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and meet customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Proven experience in sales leadership and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Located in Barcelona.
- Competitive fixed base salary of 28K + uncapped commissions.
