We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Country Manager to drive our growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement and Conversion: Collaborate with our Head of Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience, convert leads into satisfied customers, and enhance brand awareness through SEO strategies.
- Develop Market Presence: Spearhead the expansion of our business in the DACH region, work directly with our Head of Growth to tailor strategies for the market, and create and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and establish partnerships.
- Autonomy and Innovation: Utilize creative freedom to explore and implement new acquisition channels, drive new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key sales teams in the region.
- Educational Background: Master's Degree in business or marketing.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in the SaaS industry.
- Language Skills: Native German speaker, high proficiency in English, and proficiency in additional languages (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Personal Attributes: Passionate about sales, marketing, and achieving results, excellent writing skills, self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Career Growth: Opportunity to evolve into a full-time Country Manager role with a permanent contract based on performance.
