The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Account Manager (Gn) Digital Sales to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals.
- Service Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for digital service requests, working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Strategic Work: Develop tailored strategies to ensure contract renewals and drive business growth.
- Conflict Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address potential issues after sales.
- Customer Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the business landscape of our customers and identify growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Sales: Utilize data insights and market information to drive sales strategies, identify upselling opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve account management processes and sales strategies.
- Customer Support: Represent customer interests within Software One, driving their success and securing recommendations and referrals.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager (Gn) Digital Sales who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of technology. The ideal candidate will have:

- Language skills: Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
