About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the DACH region. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value customers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through data-driven insights and market analysis
