Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Senior Account Manager, der sich für den Vertrieb von Technologieprodukten und -dienstleistungen begeistert.
Job SummaryAls Senior Account Manager bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Pflege von Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden in der Region DACH. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona zusammen, um die Customer Experience zu verbessern und die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden zu sicherstellen.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Beziehungsmanagement: Der Aufbau und die Pflege enger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kunden sowie das Schaffen von Verständnis für deren Bedürfnisse und Ziele.
- Dienstleistungsmanagement: Du fungierst als Hauptansprechperson für digitale Serviceanfragen und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu erfüllen.
- Strategisches Arbeiten: Die Entwicklung von Strategien, die auf deinen jeweiligen Kunden zugeschnitten sind, um Vertragsverlängerungen sicherzustellen.
- Konfliktmanagement: Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um potenzielle Probleme nach dem Verkauf anzusprechen und zu lösen.
- Kundenverständnis: Du erarbeitest dir ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Geschäftslandschaft deiner Kunden und identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale.
- Datengesteuerter Vertrieb: Nutze Datenkenntnisse und Marktinformationen, um deine Verkaufsstrategie voranzutreiben, Upselling-Potenziale zu identifizieren und gezielte Verkaufskampagnen durchzuführen.
- Leistungsanalysen: Durch die Überwachung und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen trägst du zur Verbesserung der Account-Manager-Prozesse und Vertriebsstrategien bei.
- Kunden-Support: Du vertrittst die Interessen deiner Kunden innerhalb von SoftwareOne und förderst somit ihre Erfolgsgeschichte, um Weiterempfehlungen und Referenzen zu erhalten.
- Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb: Leidenschaft für den Verkauf und Engagement für hervorragende Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, klar zu kommunizieren, Initiative zu ergreifen und wirksam zu überzeugen.
- Gutes Verständnis für Technologie: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Technologieprodukten und -dienstleistungen.
- Teamfähigkeit: Bereitschaft zu lernen und mit einem dynamischen Team zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft: Bereitschaft neue Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und sich in der Rolle weiterzuentwickeln.
- Ausbildung: Ein Abschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichen Kontext oder einem verwandten Bereich ist von Vorteil.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, in Deutsch und Englisch.
