Senior Account Manager (Gn) Digital Sales
Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Senior Account Manager, der sich für den digitalen Vertrieb begeistert und in der Lage ist, unsere Kunden in der Region DACH zu unterstützen.
Hauptraumfelder:
- Beziehungsmanagement: Der Aufbau und die Pflege enger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Kunden sowie das Schaffen von Verständnis für deren Bedürfnisse und Ziele.
- Dienstleistungsmanagement: Die Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden durch die Bereitstellung von digitalen Serviceanfragen und die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams.
- Strategisches Arbeiten: Die Entwicklung von Strategien, die auf den jeweiligen Kunden zugeschnitten sind, um Vertragsverlängerungen sicherzustellen.
- Konfliktmanagement: Die Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um potenzielle Probleme nach dem Verkauf anzusprechen und zu lösen.
- Kundenverständnis: Das Erarbeiten eines umfassenden Verständnisses für die Geschäftslandschaft unserer Kunden und die Identifizierung von Wachstumspotenzialen.
- Datengesteuerter Vertrieb: Die Nutzung von Datenkenntnissen und Marktinformationen, um die Verkaufsstrategie voranzutreiben und Upselling-Potenziale zu identifizieren.
- Leistungsanalysen: Die Überwachung und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen, um die Verbesserung der Account-Manager-Prozesse und Vertriebsstrategien zu unterstützen.

- Teamfähigkeit: Bereitschaft zu lernen und mit einem dynamischen Team zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Kontinuierliche Lernbereitschaft: Bereitschaft neue Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und sich in der Rolle weiterzuentwickeln.
Ausbildung: Ein Abschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichen Kontext oder einem verwandten Bereich ist von Vorteil.
