Aexus is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the DACH market. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for introducing innovative software technology solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for highly innovative software technology solutions in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with partners at a strategic level to define joint business planning and initiate multi-level sales processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and potential prospects to drive sales growth.
  • Guide partners in identifying verticals, ICP, developing the proposition, and positioning it on the market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a commercial field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Result-oriented, fully independent, and able to take responsibility.
  • Ability to think outside the box and thrive under pressure.
