Business Development Representative, DACH

At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our DACH team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers in the DACH market, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact new prospects through cold calling, emailing, and social media tools.
  • Qualify leads and create new business opportunities in the DACH market.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and collaborate with Account Executives to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM.
  • Meet sales quotas and maximize personal development through focusing on core role responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Relevant working experience in the DACH market.
  • Strong prospecting skills, including cold-calling and cold-emailing.
  • Native level of German and fluent in English.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment.
