Business Development Representative for the DACH Region

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth and identifying new business opportunities in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Research and identify potential clients in the Benelux region.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
  • P present the solution to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and travel managers.
  • Negotiate deals and guide clients from demo to contract signature.
  • Forecast sales revenue and ensure full visibility of your sales pipeline.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve the sales process and achieve Quarterly and Annual OKRs.
About You
  • Native-level German with a strong command of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
  • A goal-driven attitude and a strong appetite for challenges.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is not afraid to take ownership of their success.
