Business Development Representative for the DACH Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth and identifying new business opportunities in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
- Research and identify potential clients in the Benelux region.
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- P present the solution to key stakeholders, including C-level executives and travel managers.
- Negotiate deals and guide clients from demo to contract signature.
- Forecast sales revenue and ensure full visibility of your sales pipeline.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve the sales process and achieve Quarterly and Annual OKRs.
- Native-level German with a strong command of English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
- A goal-driven attitude and a strong appetite for challenges.
- A proactive problem-solver who is not afraid to take ownership of their success.
