Company Overview:

Criteo is a leading digital advertising technology company that helps businesses succeed in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our New Business DACH team, focusing on the German market.

About the Role:

This role involves identifying and contacting potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overachieving in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate expertise in cold-calling, email marketing, and social media prospecting techniques to identify and contact new leads
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Executives to achieve sales targets and maximize growth potential
  4. Stay up-to-date with CRM software (Salesforce) and accurately track interactions with customers and prospects
  5. Maintain high levels of motivation, resilience, and ambition, driving personal and team success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build influential relationships
  • Relevant work experience in the DACH region or equivalent markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex sales environments
  • Native-level German and fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
