Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals.
- SERVICE MANAGEMENT: Serve as the primary point of contact for digital service requests, working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- STRATEGIC WORK: Develop tailored strategies to ensure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities.
- CONFLICT RESOLUTION: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address potential issues after sales.
- CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDING: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape of our customers and identify growth potential.
- DATA-DRIVEN SALES: Utilize data knowledge and market information to drive sales strategies, identify upselling opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to contribute to the improvement of account manager processes and sales strategies.
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Represent customer interests within SoftwareOne and promote their success to obtain referrals and recommendations.
- PASSION FOR SALES: Passion for sales and commitment to excellent customer satisfaction.
- COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS: Ability to communicate clearly, take initiative, and effectively persuade.
- TECHNOLOGY UNDERSTANDING: Strong understanding of technology and experience in selling technology products and services.
- TEAMWORK: Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
- CONTINUOUS LEARNING: Willingness to develop new skills and grow in the role.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or a related field is an advantage.
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English.
