Strategic Account Manager for DACH Region

At Infor Inc., we are committed to driving growth and success in the DACH region through our services offerings. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by identifying, qualifying, and managing complex deals to successful closes.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to fill this critical position. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key decision makers at existing and new customers, including CxO level executives, IT departments, and purchasing teams. You will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of our services, highlighting business outcomes, solutions sales approach, and ensuring that these are technically sound, deliverable, competitive, and representative of market leadership.
A Day in The Life of a Strategic Account Manager includes:
- Prospecting and identifying new opportunities for Infor's services in the DACH region.
- Supporting sales representatives on all opportunities for the full sales lifecycle, including coordination of RFP responses, oral presentations, contract negotiation, and preparation of proposals/work orders.
- Quota Carrying: Responsible for the sale of Infor Services in the assigned territory, to achieve or exceed the services annual booking and revenue quotas.
