Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Development Executive to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a masterful communicator, you will be responsible for uncovering pain points in the DACH region mid-market and nurturing new business opportunities for our HCM solutions.

Your Mission
Your key objectives include researching prospect accounts, using social and digital tools to provide insight for prospects, and building long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor. You will engage prospects through meaningful conversations about ADP's value proposition, help them better understand common pain points, and outline how ADP can further assist them in overcoming challenges. You will also share marketing content and leverage insightful collateral to support your efforts.

The Role
You will be working closely with our Sales District Manager to identify strategic accounts and key individuals by researching and obtaining business intelligence and possible needs for each account. Your role will involve leveraging our CRM (Salesforce.com) as your main tool to manage all your work, ensuring a clean and updated database at all times. You will also provide support to other team members when needed, make recommendations for new processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to existing workflows.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should be highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and excellent analytical skills are essential for this position. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and experience in sales development or a similar role is preferred. Average salary range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
