About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by connecting clients with innovative solutions that transform their industries.

Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and engage potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth.
  • Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market.
  • Owning your quarterly forecasts and being a crucial driver of our sales strategy.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged with creative follow-ups and communications that bring value to their businesses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in German and English - your language skills will help you build deep connections in the DACH region.
  • A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals.
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development with proven success in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
