Drive Business Growth in the DACH Region

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales cycle, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities in target accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in prospects or solicit new potential customers
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries and leads generated by Marketing
  • Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests to drive sales
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns with state-of-the-art tools
  • Provide marketing support for major SAP events
Requirements:
  • Strong sales hunting skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing and/or Demand Generation/Sales
  • Experience in a software sales organization
  • Experience with modern digital prospecting techniques such as LinkedIn and Social Media Listening
  • Proven ability to work to targets in a sales environment
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent German and fluent English
