Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly
• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
• Educate customers on Teleperformance's offerings
• Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers
• Build value for next steps in the sales process
• Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Native English speaker
• Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and Google Cloud Platform solutions
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a phone-based environment and meet assigned quota
