Results-Driven Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through various outbound campaigns.
Responsibilities- Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota and maintain a high level of activity daily and weekly
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educate customers on our offerings and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to build quick rapport and assess needs
- Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com and work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of cloud solutions and ability to understand technical requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce.com
As a Business Development Representative at Teleperformance, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of our customer base across EMEA. You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
