Results Driven Business Development Specialist

Job Summary: Identify and capitalize on robust sales opportunities by profiling prospective customers, understanding their needs, and driving new business growth through outbound campaigns. Key responsibilities include achieving quarterly quota, managing assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects, executing daily outbound calls and emails, and building rapport with C-level decision makers. Additional tasks involve gathering technical requirements, assessing customer pain points, and updating prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Quota Ownership (SQO) quota quarterly and meet target activity levels daily and weekly.
- Identify, manage, and prioritize assigned accounts to uncover high-potential prospects.
- Execute a minimum of 100 daily outbound phone calls and emails to engage with C-level decision makers, establish rapport, and assess customer needs.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and communicate value for next steps in the sales process.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date prospect and customer data is maintained within Salesforce.com.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and contribute to team and individual goals for key performance indicators such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
